Plan time is added with each monthly payment, ends with that billing period and does not roll over. It is used before top up time, which never expires. A failed render returns the time it held. Prices in US dollars.

How video time works

Every video uses its own length from your time. Time is held when you submit, returned after a failure, refusal, or abandonment, and used only when a render succeeds. Plan time renews each month and is used first; top up time never expires. Every payment has an invoice you can download.

You hold one plan at a time. Change or cancel it from Manage billing in your dashboard: a bigger plan starts at once and is charged for the rest of the month, a smaller one starts at your next renewal, and a cancelled plan keeps its time until the end of the period you paid for.

Roughly one render in five fails or needs a retry.

If your flow needs a login, you can provide demo credentials.

They are encrypted, used for one render, and then deleted. If you plan a storyboard first, they are kept encrypted for that session and deleted at most two hours after they were last used.
